Returns

We offer a 28-day return policy (subject to certain exceptions*).

If your order is faulty, please get in touch with us. We may ask for the fault to be shown to us to provide proof of damage. Once approved by us, we can either offer you a replacement or a refund.

*Please note we do not offer refunds on customised items that are not faulty. We therefore ask you to thoroughly check your order is correct before ordering. If you have any issues or queries with placing your order, please, we would be happy to help you through the order process. Returning your order

Please contact us by phone on 01560 428336 or email us at info@ikonicworkwear.com.

We will send you a return note, which you will use to return your order. We ask all customers when returning their order to return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will either provide you with a replacement or provide you with a full refund to your original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned items.
