How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery fee is £5.99 (excluding VAT). All orders over £99 have no delivery charge.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How long will my order take?
Our standard delivery times for UK is 5-10 working days. For international orders, we expect delivery to be between 7-10 working days. For personalised garments, please allow extra time to allow us to make sure your order is perfect. If you are looking for your order to be delivered urgently, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.
What formats do you accept my logo or artwork in?
We generally accept most formats. For embroidery garments, we accept jpeg, tiff, pdf and eps. If you are looking for screen-printing, we require an eps, tiff or ai file.
Which customisation method should I use?
When customising your workwear, there are different ways this can be done. Embroidery is popular alongside the different types of printing options available. The method will also depend on the logo, artwork and the material of the garment you are using. You can check our customisation page to help you decide and choose the right option for you!
I cannot find the product I am looking for. Can I still order it?
We aim to stock as many garments as possible on our website. However, if you are looking for something in particular, please get in touch with us and we may be able to supply it.
What is your returns policy?
Returns and replacements are at the discretion of Ikonic Workwear. We cannot refund or replace any customised garments unless they are faulty and evidence is provided. Plain garments can usually be returned for free for a replacement or a full refund, in the unlikely event you are not completed satisfied with your order. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order, we will have assumed you are keeping the goods and a return after this date will not be available.
