At Ikonic Workwear, we pride ourselves on delivering quality workwear and excellent customer service. If you need to return any of our products to secure a replacement or a refund, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to help!


We offer a 28-day return policy (subject to certain exceptions*).

If your order is faulty, please get in touch with us. We may ask for the fault to be shown to us to provide proof of damage. Once approved by us, we can either offer you a replacement or a refund.

*Please note we do not offer refunds on customised items that are not faulty. We therefore ask you to thoroughly check your order is correct before ordering. Returning your order

We will send you a return note, which you will use to return your order. We ask all customers when returning their order to return the unworn garments to us in their original packaging. Once we have received your return, we will either provide you with a replacement or provide you with a full refund to your original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned items.
